The Return and Cancellation Policies below were written to accommodate customer’s needs and also to address the specific nature of our merchandise.

Return & Refund
--Products with quality problem in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refund.
--Customer needs to send the products back to the designated returning address which will be provided to you by email. A refund will be proceeded after receiving the returned package.
--Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and lighting condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration.
--Quality problem can be defined as obvious quality defects, not following the customization requirement of customer and size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.
--For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape-measure to measure out the problem. Customer shall submit the photographs to email@example.com and DressMore may have the designated personnel to take the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.
--By considering the uniqueness of the product in the event of the product is in Custom Made. We can offer you a revise service based on your requirement. The return or exchange of the product in Custom Made is not accepted.
--We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your using the product if the processing of Custom Made order is delayed due to the late remittance of product fare and arise with dispute on item return or exchange. --We don’t accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design of product after you paid for the relevant order you placed.
--We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted.
--In case of your not satisfied about the product received from us, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For maintain your own interests, we don't accept the returning of the goods you are not satisfied without a Return Authorization. We are neither responsible for the refund nor take over your dispute on the product after your return the goods without the Return Authorization and caused the package missing during the return.
Return & Exchange
All exchanges must be addressed within 14 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all products must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was a result of our mistakes.
Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
DressMore.com reserves the right to apply handling charge to any exchange! We will not accept returns if we sent you the correct products but you can exchange it for the one you want.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses,clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Item is not the size you ordered
Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 80% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on DressMore.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
Personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie) are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
